Able Channel is a finalist in the category of Health Awareness Campaign promoting mental health awareness via its groundbreaking series “Surviving Suicide”. Nearly 50,000 Americans committed suicide last year, with over 1.4 million attempted suicides. This series speaks to the national mental health crisis through the stories of those who attempted suicide and survived. These incredible people were able to turn their lives around and also help others who are suffering similarly and offer them help and hope. Surviving Suicide also features stories family members who lost a loved one to suicide and how they manage go forward helping others to heal and seek help. Able worked with doctors from the behavioral health team from Cleveland Clinic who guide the viewer through the content and toward help and support for themselves and their loved ones.”

“Since launching the Anthem Awards launch in 2021, we’ve seen incredible change and growth in the impact sector,” said Anthem Awards General Manager, Patricia McLoughlin. “The work that we have received in the 3rd Annual Anthem Anthem Awards is game-changing. From innovative projects fighting climate change to impactful calls for equal rights across the globe and best-in-class CSR and ESG efforts- the Anthem Community is a bright light in our uncertain world.”

“Clearly, we are a society in need of more awareness about our mental and emotional health–but equally important is the need to connect concepts to hope and help. This campaign features real people telling real stories and offering real hope to those in crisis.” Said Mr. McCourt.
