Healthcare Streamer Wins 4 Awards for Social Impact Programming

(May 31, 2021) – Able Channel won 4 Telly Awards for its groundbreaking Social Impact Series Together We Are Able, at this year’s 43nd Annual Telly Awards.

Able Channel ABLE’s CEO and Founder, Brian McCourt, along with COO Paul Goggin, Paul Kelly and Greg Prinkey and were honored as Executive Producer, Coordinating and Supervising Producer, Editors on the project.

McCourt had this to say when learning of the award. “This series is redefining what the word “Able” Means. We wanted to tell important stories about people living with health challenges and disabilities who are thriving and making a meaningful contribution to society. “People like Ochsner Health physical therapist & cancer survivor Daniel Allemonde, and NY based Albert Rizzi, a teacher turned entrepreneur, who lost his sight due to viral meningitis. We want to give voice to stories that people need to hear. We couldn’t be happier that were rewarded with Two Golds, a Silver and a Bronze award for season one of this important series.”
